Soiam has been with C J Boyd Solicitors since 2010, completing her law degree at Macquarie University in 2011 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2012.
Her area of expertise is property law with an emphasis on assisting in simple to large complex subdivisions with a multitude of issues. Her passion is property transaction and that includes, but is not limited to, advising on all issues relating to land, houses and strata. She provides legal advice on complex sale and purchase transactions, commercial and retail leases, including tax implications and commercial obligations with counter-parties.
