Soiam has worked in the legal profession since 2010. In 2012 she completed her Bachelor of Media and Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University.

She is a Sydney-based property lawyer who works closely with developers, investors, and private clients to navigate property transactions with confidence. Her practice focuses on off-the-plan developments, complex conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing, and retirement village law where she provides practical, commercially focused advice at every stage of a project or transaction.

Soiam works closely with developers on contract preparation, disclosure compliance, and risk management to ensure transactions proceed efficiently and with commercial clarity. She also advises on retail and commercial leasing arrangements, as well as the evolving regulatory landscape governing retirement villages across Australia.

Known for her clear communication and attention to detail, Soiam is valued for translating complex legal issues into straightforward, workable solutions. Whether acting on large-scale developments or individual matters, she is focused on achieving efficient, commercially sensible outcomes aligned with her clients’ objectives.

In her spare time Soiam is loves spending time with her young family and going to the gym (when time permits!).
