Associate

Tim is a member of our dispute resolution team and has experience advising and representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including construction and building disputes, property matters, contractual disputes, debt recovery proceedings, and broader business and corporate disputes.

He works with clients to provide strategic advice at every stage of the dispute resolution process, from early risk assessment and negotiations through to litigation, settlement discussions, and the resolution of complex disputes. He acts for individuals, businesses, developers, contractors, and owners’ corporations across a diverse range of industries.

Tim has acted for clients in courts and tribunals throughout New South Wales, including the Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court, District Court, Local Court, and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).

Tim holds a LLB (Hons), and a PgDip in Applied Finance. He is also admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Outside the office, Tim enjoys staying active, and helping out as his local church.
