Vlad is a lawyer with real-world experience gained over forty years in construction, property development and commerce. He obtained a first-class honours degree in building in 1991 and spent his first twenty years as a successful builder and developer in Sydney.

In 2009 he pursued his life-long interest in law to undertake a Juris Doctor degree which he completed and was admitted to practice in 2012.

Vlad has extensive expertise as a legal adviser and litigator, gained through legal practice for a multitude of clients in a large Sydney law firm, as an accredited adjudicator, and more recently, in the role of in-house, General Counsel for some of the most significant and well-known developers in Australia.

Vlad has considerable experience in drafting contracts and other legal documents but is well versed in all aspects of the litigation process, having had carriage of a multitude of legal proceedings in the Supreme, District and Local Courts of NSW, as well as in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
